Abstract
This paper focuses on the comparative study on the application of chemicals in Tongjie Dagou tailings pond of Yunnan Hualian zinc indium Co.,Ltd.and Nanjia tailings pond external drainage depth treatment system(hereinafter referred to as"water treatment station").Through the comparative analysis of water quality,the water quality differences between the two tailings ponds are found out.The application effects of diatomite,polyaluminium chloride and composite water purifying agent are systematically explored,and the comprehensive performance of the two tailings pond water treatment stations in the aspects of treatment effect,operation cost and process technology operation is analyzed.The research aims to achieve the standard discharge of the discharged water quality of the tailings pond,speed up the reaction time of water treatment,effectively reduce the production and operation cost,and provide technical support and guarantee support for the technical transformation of the treatment capacity improvement of the water treatment station.The results show that diatomite,polyaluminium chloride and composite water purifying agent have their own advantages and characteristics in the removal of fluoride,total arsenic,am monia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand(COD)and other major pollutants.This paper not only provides a scientific and practical basis for the technology and process of drainage treatment outside the tailings pond,but also promotes the significant improvement of the treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment chemicals,and provides valuable practical reference and theoretical support for the technical application and optimization improvement in the industry.关键词
