Abstract
The basic principle of the in-situ leaching process of weathering crust ion-absorbed type rare-earth ores is to leverage the more reactive chemical properties of leaching agent cations to extract the rare earth ions adsorbed on the surface of silicate clay minerals in a specific environment.The entire process of exchange and leaching,from the injection of the leaching agent into the mining area to the recycling of the leach solution,is in an"invisible"state,making it impossible to precisely control the exchange process and the amount of the leaching agent.The uncertainty of leaching agent dosage not only affects the economic benefits of mining,but overuse will also aggravate the impact on the environment and increase the cost of governance.This paper takes ammonium sulfate as leaching agent,analyzes the technology and management requirements from the production of each link,and explores the fine management method applicable to the production process of leaching liquid in weathering crust ion-absorbed type rare-earth ores,to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency and reduce the damage to the environment.关键词
