不同比例红花秸秆饲粮对肉牛生长性能、血液生理及生化指标的影响
Effects of different proportions of safflower straw diet on growth performance,blood physiological,and biochemical indexes of beef cattle

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different proportions of safflower straw added to diet on the growth performance,blood physiological,and biochemical indexes of beef cattle.Twenty Simmental crossbred bulls about 35 months old with initial weight(564.20±14.81)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and one beef cattle in each replicate.The proportion of concentrate supplement in each group was 36%,the roughage of the control group was 64%of the whole-plant corn silage,in the experiments,the groups T1,T2 and T3 respectively used 10%,20%and 30%of safflower straw in equal amounts to replace the whole corn silage in the control group,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal test period was 90 days.The results showed that the feed weight ratio of beef cattle in the T3 group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the T1 group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other growth performance indexes(P>0.05).The body length index of beef cattle in the T1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the body size index in the other groups(P>0.05).The hemoglobin content of beef cattle in the T3 group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the haematocrit of beef cattle in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the mean hemoglobin concentration of red blood cells and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in serum of beef cattle in the T2 group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the content of cholesterol(TC)in the serum of beef cattle in the T3 group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Studies show that 30%of safflower straw for feeding Simmental hybrid beef cattle can ensure the normal growth and metabolism of their bodies,promote cholesterol metabolism at the same time,and reduce the feed weight ratio and dietary cost of beef cattle.关键词
