妊娠期绒山羊饲粮中添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸对母羊血清生化指标和胎儿脂肪、毛囊组织发育的影响
Effects of supplementing rumen-passed methionine in diets of pregnant cashmere goats on serum biochemical indicators of ewe and fat and hair follicle tissue development of fetus

Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing rumen-passed methionine(RP-Met)in the diets of pregnant Albash cashmere goats on the serum biochemical indicators of ewe and growth,fat and hair of fetus.A total of 40 ewes with sympathetic estrus were selected.Around day 50 of pregnancy,30 ewes carrying twins were chosen via ultrasound screening.On day 83 of pregnancy,the ewes were randomly divided into two groups,each with 15 replicates and 1 ewes per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.2%RP-Met.The pre-trial period lasted seven days,and the formal trial period lasted 50 days.The results showed that the insulin(INS)content at 110 days of pregnancy,glucose(GLU)content at 125 d of pregnancy,total cholesterol(TC)content and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity at 140 days of pregnancy in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05),while the GLU content at 140 days of pregnancy was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).On day 135 of fetus age,the body height and body length of fetuses in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05),while the weights of the heart,liver,and kidneys were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).On day 125 of fetus age,the mRNA expression of uncoupling protein 1(UCP1)in the scapular fat of fetuses in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The study shows that 0.2%RP-Met supplementation can improve some serum biochemical indexes of pregnant ewes,and is beneficial to fetal body and organ development,synthesis,decomposition and utilization of scapular fat,and promote fetal growth and development.关键词
