黑水虻幼虫粉对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、粗蛋白表观消化率及疫苗应答能力的影响
Effects of black soldier fly larvae on growth performance,crude protein apparent digestibility,and vaccine response ability of yellow-feathered broilers

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of partially replacing soybean meal with black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)larvae meal as a protein source in feed on the growth performance,crude protein apparent digestibility,and vaccine response ability of yellow-feathered broilers.After analyzing the nutritional composition of black soldier fly larvae meal,formulated diets were prepared.A total of 120 one-day-old healthy medium-growth yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with three replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the test group received a low-soybean meal diet containing 5.17%black soldier fly larvae meal.The test lasted 21 days.The results showed that black soldier fly larvae meal contained 37.78%crude protein,29.37%crude fat,6.11%calcium,and 0.85%phosphorus.At 7 and 14 days of age,the average daily feed intake of the test group was extremely lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The feed to gain ratio of the test group was significantly lower than the control group at 7 days(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio of test group at 14 days of age was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01).At 21 days,the crude protein apparent digestibility of the test group was higher than the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in Newcastle disease antibody titers or avian influenza(H9 subtype)antibody titers between the two groups(P>0.05).The study indicates that black soldier fly larvae meal reared on a food waste substrate is rich in protein,fat,and calcium.Replacing soybean meal with 5.17%black soldier fly larvae meal in formulated feed improved growth performance and crude protein apparent digestibility in yellow-feathered broiler chicks while reducing soybean meal usage.关键词
