3种胡蜂不同虫态营养成分与部分生物活性物质比较分析
Comparative analysis of nutrient composition and some bioactive substances in different insect states of three species of wasps

Abstract
The experiment was to explore the differences in nutrient composition and some active substances between the Yunnan concave wasps,black-tailed wasps and the large wasps in the three insect states of large larvae,pre-pupae,and black-eyed pupae.The carcasses of three species of wasps in the three insect states were collected from the territory of Longling County,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province,and the nutrient compositions and some biologically active substances were determined.The results showed that with the development of insect states,the water content of the three wasps decreased significantly(P<0.05),the fat content was significantly decreased from large larval to adult stage(P<0.05),the ash content decreased first and then increased(P<0.05),and the contents of protein and chitin increased significantly(P<0.05),the flavonoid contents of large larvae were significantly higher than those of the other two insect states(P<0.05).The protein content of black-tailed wasps and the large wasps was significantly higher than that of concave wasps at the black-eyed pupae(P<0.05).The ash content of black-tailed wasps was significantly lower than that of the other two wasps at the large larval stage(P<0.05).The chitin content of the large wasps was significantly higher than that of the other two wasps(P<0.05).The contents of total amino acids(TAA),essential amino acids(EAA)increased with the development of insect states,and the TAA contents of concave wasps in the pre-pupae stage was significantly higher than that of the other two wasps(P<0.05).Except for the black-eyed pupae stage,the saturated fatty acid content of the black-tailed wasps was higher than that of the other two wasps,and the monounsaturated fatty acid content of the concave wasps was higher than that of the other two wasps at the pre-pupa and black-eyed pupae stages.The contents of Mg,P,K,Ca,and Zn in concave wasps,black-tailed wasps were higher than those in large wasps.The results showed that the nutrient and active substance contents of the three wasps were ranked as black-tailed wasps>concave wasps>large wasps,the nutrients in different insect states as follows:Large larvae>pre-pupa>black-eyed pupae.关键词
