Uncertainty determination of eight kinds of fungal toxins in feed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry evaluation

Abstract
The experiment aimed to evaluate the uncertainty of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry evaluation in determining the content of eight fungal toxins in feed.According to the standard'Determination of 37 mycotoxins in feeds-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)'(NY/T 3803-2020),establish a mathematical model to analyze the sources of uncertainty and evaluate the uncertainty determination.The results showed that the expanded uncertainties of aflatoxin A,aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,G2 and fumarate toxin B1,B2,B3 were 2.43,0.24,0.30,0.47,0.20,5.15,3.98 and 4.50 μg/kg,respectively.The contents of aflatoxin A,aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,G2 and fumarate toxin B1,B2,B3 in the sample were 59.60,5.31,5.07,5.66,5.57,104.62,102.62,108.22 μg/kg(k=2,corresponding to a 95%confidence probability).The study indicates that the main sources of uncertainty are repetitive measurements and standard configuration,which should be controlled in practical work.关键词
