免疫调节八肽检测方法的构建及其稳定性初步研究
Development of detection method for immunomodulatory octapeptin and preliminary study on its stability

Abstract
The experiment aimed to construct a detection method for immunomodulatory octapeptin and preliminarily investigate its stability under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions.A quantitative detection method for immunomodulatory octapeptin was constructed using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and determined the properties,moisture content and changes in the content of immunomodulatory octapeptin of the samples under high temperature and high humidity conditions.The results showed that the constructed detection method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~5 000 mg/L,with a determination coefficient of R2=0.999 6.Under the addition levels of 2 500.00,625.00,and 156.25 mg/L,the average recovery rate of immunomodulatory octapeptin was 97.72%~101.32%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.33%~3.94%.The stability results indicated that after 10 days of storage at 60℃,the appearance of the sample changed from light yellow powder to brownish-yellow powder,and both moisture content and immunomodulatory octapeptin content significantly decreased(P<0.05).After 10 days of storage under conditions of(25±2)℃and relative humidity of(90±5)%,the appearance of the sample changed from a light yellow powder to light yellow block,moisture content significantly increased(P<0.05),and immunomodulatory octapeptin content significantly decreased(P<0.05).After being packaged with aluminum foil+polyethylene(PE)composite material,and stored for six months under conditions of(40±2)℃and relative humidity of(75±5)%,the appearance of the sample showed no significant change,and neither moisture content nor immunomodulatory octapeptin content exhibited significant changes(P>0.05).The study indicates that detection method constructed in the experiment is accurate and stable,and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of immunomodulatory octapeptin.Immunomodulatory octapeptin is prone to changes in appearance under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions,and packaging with aluminum foil+PE composite material can effectively enhance its stability.关键词
