Research progress on probiotics regulating intestinal barrier of broilers
摘要
Abstract
Intestinal barrier function plays an important role in maintaining intestinal health.Intestinal health directly affects the production performance of animals,and then affects the economic benefits of the breeding industry.In the background of'ban on antibiotic feed additives'and the'reduction antibiotic'in the breeding industry,intestine health of chickens will face new challenges,searching for green and safe antibiotic substitutions become a research hotspot.Probiotics act as an active microorganism has been allowed to add to feed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.Probiotics could promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients,modulate the balance of intestinal tract microbiota,protect and improve the function of intestinal barriers,thereby improving animal production performance and immune function of animals,reduce drug residues and environmental pollution.This paper summarizes the mechanism of physical,chemical,immune and microbial barriers of broilers,and the application of probiotics in regulating the intestinal barrier function of broilers,which provides reference for the development and application of probiotics.关键词
