肠道菌群调控结肠炎相关结直肠癌进展的研究现状OA
Research Advances in the Role of Intestinal Flora in Regulating the Progression of Colitis-associated Colorectal Cancer
近年来,结直肠癌成为全球第三大常见癌症,并且是导致癌症相关死亡的第二大原因.与散发性结直肠癌相比,结肠炎相关结直肠癌(colitis-associated colorectal cancer,CAC)的平均发病年龄提前了约20年,并且该病对手术、放化疗等传统治疗方法应答不佳,预后较差.近年研究发现,肠道菌群及其代谢产物在CAC的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用,通过粪菌移植或微生态制剂调节肠道菌群成为防治CAC 一个极具潜力的策略.本文就肠道菌群在CAC进展中的作用及可能机制进行了总结,并对肠道菌群调节策略在CAC防治中的应用前景进行了探讨.
Colorectal cancer has become the third most common cancer worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in recent years.Compared with sporadic colorectal cancer,colitis-associated colorectal cancer(CAC)presents an average onset age approximately 20 years earlier and a lower response to traditional treatments such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and is associated with a poorer prog-nosis.Recent studies have found that intestinal flora and its metabolites play an important role in the occur-rence and development of CAC.Modulation of gut microbiota through fecal microbiota transplantation or probiotics supplementation emerges as a highly promising option for CAC prevention and treatment.Herein,the roles and possible mechanisms of intestinal flora in the development of CAC were summarized,and the prospects of the cancer prevention and treatment through modulation of intestinal flora were discussed.
