Advances in diagnosis and treatment of septic shock
摘要
Abstract
Septic shock is a life-threatening circulatory failure caused by infection,characterized by hypotension,inadequate tissue perfusion,and metabolic disturbances,with high mortality rates.Despite advancements in antimicrobial therapy,fluid resuscitation,and organ support techniques,the management of septic shock remains a significant clinical challenge.This article reviews the epidemiol-ogy,pathophysiological mechanisms,clinical manifestations,diagnostic criteria,and therapeutic strategies for septic shock,aiming to provide insights for clinical management and future research.关键词
