维持性血液透析患者不良心血管事件的早期预警及风险因素探究
Early warning and risk factor prediction of adverse cardiovascular events in maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to analyze the influencing factors of major adverse car-diovascular events in hemodialysis patients and evaluate the predictive value of risk factors for it.Methods A total of 170 hospitalized hemodialysis patients from January 2022 to January 2024 were enrolled and divided into a MACE group(n=61)and a non-MACE group(n=109)based on the oc-currence of MACE.Etiological factors and risk predictors were analyzed.Results Univariate analysis of baseline characteristics identified age,dialysis vintage,diabetes,coronary heart disease,glycated hemoglobin,triglycerides,total cholesterol,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein as significant influ-encing factors for major adverse cardiovascular events in hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Multivari-ate logistic regression analysis revealed that age,dialysis vintage,and C-reactive protein were inde-pendent risk factors for major adverse cardiovascular events(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analy-sis demonstrated positive linear correlations between age,dialysis vintage,interleukin-6 levels,and major adverse cardiovascular events occurrence(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis indicated that age,dialysis vintage,and C-reactive protein individually had moderate diagnostic value for it,while the combination of these indicators demonstrated superior predictive value(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,dialysis history and C-reactive protein are independent risk factors for MACE in dialysis pa-tients,which can be used as early warning.Combined detection of these indicators can effectively im-prove the predictive efficacy of major adverse cardiovascular events.关键词
