苏红通络汤内服联合药浴治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的临床观察
Clinical observation on the treatment of peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy with oral administra-tion of suhong tongluo decoction combined with medicinal bath

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Suhong Tongluo Decoction combined with medicinal bath in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropa-thy(CIPN).Methods A total of 90 patients with CIPN admitted to the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yiyang City from November 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly di-vided into three groups(A,B,and C)with 30 cases in each group.All groups received conventional basic treatment first.Group A was treated with conventional Western medicine(mecobalamin),group B was treated with Suhong Tongluo Decoction medicinal bath on the basis of group A,and group C was treated with oral administration of Suhong Tongluo Decoction on the basis of group B.The nerve conduction velocity,TCM syndrome scores,and therapeutic effects were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in nerve conduction velocity and TCM syndrome scores before treatment among the three groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocities of the common peroneal nerve and the right median nerve in-creased in all three groups,with group C being higher than groups A and B,and group B being higher than group A.The differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group C and group B(P＞0.05).After treat-ment,the TCM syndrome scores of limb numbness,limb pain,and cold extremities decreased in all three groups,with group C being lower than groups A and B,and group B being lower than group A.The differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rates of treatment in groups B and C were higher than that in group A(P＜0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference between group C and group B(P＞0.05).Conclusions The application of oral Suhong Tongluo Decoction combined with medicinal bath in the treatment of CIPN can improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients,relieve symptoms,and has good therapeutic effects,which is worthy of application.关键词
