长沙地区院前急救服务能力评价指标体系研究
Research on the evaluation index system for pre-hospital emergency service capability in Changsha region

Abstract
Objective Establish a scientifically sound evaluation index system for pre-hospital emergency care service capacity in the Changsha region,providing a reference framework for the con-tinuous improvement of pre-hospital emergency care quality.Methods Based on in-depth interviews,field research,and literature review,two rounds of Delphi expert consultations were conducted,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to determine the weight of each indicator.Results The response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100％,the expert authority coeffi-cient was 0.88,and the coordination were 0.336 and 0.377(P value＜0.001),respectively.Final-ly,an evaluation index system the pre-hospital emergency service capacity in Changsha area was formed,covering 4 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators and 36 tertiaryindicators.The mean importance score of each indicator was greater than 3.5 points,and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.33.The first-level indicators included station construction,dispatch management,medical quality,and service quality,with corresponding weights of 0.22,0.21,0.48,and 0.09;among the secondary indicator weight values,medical treatment(0.17),dispatch quality(0.12),personnel al-location(0.12),and medical record writing(0.11)ranked in the top four.Conclusions The pre-hospital emergency service capacity evaluation index system constructed by the Delphi method,to im-prove the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital emergency services,to improve the survival quality of patients with critical illness in pre-hospital emergency.关键词
