Research status and progress in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrest
摘要
Abstract
Cardiac arrest is a very serious emergency clinical event characterized by high mortali-ty and poor prognosis.Exploring the current status and progression of cardiac arrest can help improve the success rate of resuscitation and prognosis.This article elaborates on the epidemiological charac-teristics,etiology,risk factors,warning symptoms,predictive scoring systems,organ function as-sessment,screening,and treatment of cardiac arrest both domestically and internationally.Especially with the continuous emergence of early warning symptoms,advanced improved early warning scores,and artificial intelligence research,new approaches have been provided for the early identification,as-sessment,and prevention of cardiac arrest.In addition,the continuous promotion and development of technologies such as extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation,respiratory support,gene and cell therapy have become important treatment techniques for organ function protection after cardiac arrest.关键词
