清胰汤加减联合大黄芒硝贴外敷治疗急性胰腺炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis by Adding and Subtracting Qingyi Decoction Combined with External Application of Rhubarb Mirabilite Plaster

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of treating acute pancreatitis with adding and subtracting Qingyi Decoction combined with external application of rhubarb mirabilite plaster,and to investigate the influence of this prescription on the patient's internal indicators,such as serum amylase,lipase,inflammatory factors,etc.Methods A total of 90 patients aged≥18 years old diagnosed with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy,and the experimental group was treated with enema(fasting period)based on Qingyi Decoction No.1,external applied with rhubarb mirabilite plaster,and was treated with Qingyi Decoction No.2 orally after an open diet.The total effective rate,hospitalization days,relief time of main clinical symptoms,and serum amylase,lipase and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the two groups was 100%,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).The serum amylase,lipase and C-reactive protein in both groups were significantly reduced,and the indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The relief time of main clinical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).No side effects occurred during treatment in either group.Conclusion Traditional western medicine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy(Qingyi decoction for oral and enema,external application of rhubarb mirabilite plaster)can reduce the level of pancreatic enzyme and effectively shorten the relief time of main clinical symptoms in patients with acute pancreatitis.The degree of treatment safety is guaranteed,and the treatment effect is significant.关键词
