超声引导针刀松解腘肌结合加味紫金丹外敷治疗腘肌急慢性损伤的临床应用研究
Clinical Application Study of Ultrasound-Guided Needle Knife Release of Popliteus Muscle Combined with Modified Zijin Dan External Application in the Treatment of Acute and Chronic Popliteus Muscle Injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided needle knife release of the popliteus muscle combined with modified Zijin Dan external application in the treatment of acute and chronic popliteus muscle injury.Methods Sixty patients with acute and chronic popliteus muscle injury admitted from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional needle knife release of popliteus muscle,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided needle knife release of popliteus muscle combined with modified Zijin Dan external application.Both groups underwent knee joint autonomous function training after surgery.Clinical efficacy,pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores,knee joint functional range of motion,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend at different time points,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Immediately after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the maximum angles of extension and flexion joints in both groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the range of motion in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a decrease in inflammatory indicators compared to before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group one week after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 46.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion The use of ultrasound-guided needle knife release of popliteus muscle combined with modified Zijin Dan external application can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate pain symptoms,increase joint motion and reduce inflammatory indicators in patients with acute and chronic popliteus muscle injury.关键词
