基于"脑-肠轴"理论探讨功能性便秘的机制及中医药治疗思路
Exploring the Mechanism of Functional Constipation and the Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Theory of Brain-Gut Axis

Abstract
Functional constipation(FC)is increasing in incidence in clinical practice,and its degree of concern is far less than that of organic constipation.Although this disease is not life-threatening,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Although this disease is not life-threatening,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The treatment of this disease by western medicine is not only accompanied by different degrees of adverse reactions but also very prone to recurrence.In recent years,the theory of brain-intestinal axis has become a hotspot of biomedical research.Now,we analyze the brain-intestinal cor-relation from the perspectives of meridian and collateral,physiological correlation,divine unity,and pathological interconnection(intestinal disease and brain,cerebral disease and intestines),and discuss the mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating differ-ent types of FC through the brain-intestinal peptide,the material basis of brain-intestinal axis,which reflects the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.It also discusses the mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating different types of FC,reflecting the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine.关键词
