基于络病理论探析藤类药在治疗类风湿关节炎中的应用
Application of Vine Drugs in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis based on Collateral Disease Theory
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease.In traditional Chinese medicine,RA is clas-sified as"BI syndrome".It is considered that"wind,cold and dampness are mixed and combined to be BI".The occurrence and development of Bi syndrome are closely related to the complexions,and the collaterals disease means that the complexions are af-fected by evil qi,which leads to problems in the flow of qi and blood,and can not help each part of the body,thus affecting its normal physiological function.In the treatment of RA,rattan plants have attracted much attention because of their unique medici-nal value,especially in the aspects of relaxing muscles,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.Modern pharmacological studies have also shown that rattan drugs have anti-inflammatory,analgesic,immune regulation and other effects.Based on this,this paper will explore the application of rattan drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis through syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of"collaterals theory".关键词
