连朴饮加减联合四联疗法治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of modified Lianpu Yin(连朴饮)combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori infection of spleen and stomach damp heat type

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Lianpuyin(连朴饮)combined with quadruple therapy on Helico-bacter pylori infection of damp-heat type in spleen and stomach.Methods From March 2022 to July 2023,186 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection of damp-heat type in spleen and stomach were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 93 subjects in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Lianpuyin on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,symptom score before and after treatment,symptom relief time,incidence of adverse reactions,eradication rate and recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori were compared between the control group and the observation group.Results The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The curative effect of the control group in improving upper abdominal distension,dry mouth and loss of appetite was significantly worse than that of the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect in improving epigastric pain,bitter taste and yellow urine(P＞0.05).The relief time of symptoms such as abdominal distension,upper abdominal pain,dry mouth,anorexia and yellow urine in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the relief time of bitter taste symptoms(P＞0.05).The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was sig-nificantly higher than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).The quality of life of patients in the control group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lianpuyin combined with quadruple therapy is effec-tive in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection of damp-heat type in spleen and stomach,which is beneficial to improve the curative effect,improve symptoms,relieve symptoms as soon as possible,improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,re-duce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
