基于《伤寒论》经方辨治"水痞"初探
Based on the"Treatise on Typhoid Fever",a Preliminary Study on the Treatment of"Water Ruffian"

Abstract
Ruffian syndrome is a common clinical disease of traditional Chinese medicine,which is mainly manifested by the symptoms of patients' conscious subcardiac congestion and discomfort,chest and diaphragm fullness.ZHANG Zhongjing made a detailed discussion on the etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes and dialectical treatment of ruffian syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases."Water ruffian"is one kind of ruffian syndrome,its pathogenesis is mostly water storage lower Jiao,water qi upward reverse,qi movement blocked.The symptoms of the patients with water fullness are usually full of the heart,tiredness and thirst,dry mouth and tongue,unfavorable urination,white fur,floating pulse,etc.In Treatize on Febrilis,there are Wuling powder,Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction,Shizao Decoction,etc.Clinical syndrome should follow Zhong Jing's method,take the differentia-tion of six classics as the guidance,examine and seek the root,make use of classics prescription,so as to obtain good effect.The purpose of this article is to discuss the relevant contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment of"water fluffiness"in Treatise on Febrile Cold.Through the in-depth interpretation of the relevant provisions of Treatise on Febrility,combined with the discussion of doctors in the past dynasties,the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment methods of"wa-ter fluffiness"were systematically sorted out.关键词
