中西医治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究进展
Clinical Research Progress on the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Allergic rhinitis(AR)is one of the most common allergic diseases,characterized by sudden and recurrent symp-toms such as nasal itching,nasal congestion,and sneezing,which cause significant discomfort to patients.Currently,the treat-ment principles of modern medicine for AR are"prevention and treatment combined,with a four-in-one approach,"which in-cludes environmental control,drug treatment,immunotherapy,and health education,offering a variety of treatment options with quick effects.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment follows the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,mainly fo-cusing on expelling wind,promoting lung function,and unblocking the nasal passages,supplemented with methods to tonify the lung,spleen,and kidneys.In addition to oral herbal medicine,acupuncture,thread embedding,moxibustion,and auricular acupressure are also used.This article will discuss the recent research progress in the treatment of allergic rhinitis from both tra-ditional Chinese medicine and western medicine perspectives,aiming to find more suitable treatment methods for patients.关键词
