深厚淤泥质软土地层盾构隧道选线及加固技术研究
Research on Route Selection and Reinforcement Technology for Shield Tunnels in Deep Silty Soft Soil Strata

Abstract
This paper investigates the route selection and reinforcement technology for shield tunnels in deep silty soft soil strata,aiming to provide a scientific basis and technical support for intercity railway projects in China's urban agglomeration development.Taking the marine-deposited soft soil stratum in Shantou located in the eastern Guangdong Province as an example,this study integrated geological surveys,numerical analysis,and engineering practice to propose six key principles for shield tunnel route selection:optimal geological conditions,feasibility of surface reinforcement,minimal surface impact,avoidance of underground facilities,construction feasibility,and economic efficiency.Through a comparative analysis of different routing schemes,it was found that the single-bore double-track scheme showed significant advantages over the twin-bore double-track scheme in terms of cost,soft soil reinforcement scope,surface demolition scope,and additional settlement during operation.Consequently,the single-bore double-track tunnel scheme was adopted.To improve construction conditions when tunneling through deep silty soft soil,the reinforcement technology of three-axis mixing piles was studied.Finite element simulations were conducted to analyze ground settlement and segmental structural stress under different replacement ratios.The results showed that as the stratum replacement ratio increased,ground settlement significantly decreased,while stress variations in tunnel segments remained within regulatory limits.When the replacement ratio reached 30%,the ground settlement met the control requirements for urban arterial road subgrades and was economically viable.Additionally,the settlement of tunnel segments during excavation decreased with a higher replacement ratio,further verifying the effectiveness of the reinforcement measures.The principles of shield tunnel route selection,the single-bore double-track tunnel scheme,and the three-axis mixing pile reinforcement technology proposed in this study provide practical solutions for tunnel construction in deep silty soft soil strata,effectively reducing construction risks and improving engineering quality and economic efficiency.关键词
