Research on Mechanized Construction and Intelligent Ventilation Technologies for Extra-Long Railway Tunnels in Cold Regions

Abstract
To explore mechanized supporting technologies suitable for the construction of extra-long railway tunnels in cold regions,the Ganqing Tunnel of the Xining-Chengdu Railway was taken as the engineering background.Based on traditional experience-based selection methods,the fuzzy comprehensive judgment was used to compare and analyze the selection of construction equipment,and mechanized supporting technologies for the construction of extra-long railway tunnels in cold regions were proposed.Additionally,to address issues such as oxygen deficiency and poor ventilation inside extra-long tunnels in cold regions,an intelligent ventilation technology was independently developed.To verify the reliability and economic feasibility of these technologies,an analysis was conducted focusing on their application effectiveness and energy-saving performance.The results showed that the proposed mechanized supporting and intelligent ventilation technologies could achieve effective application and energy-saving performance in extra-long tunnel construction in cold regions.The application of these technologies improves the mechanization and intelligence of tunnel construction in cold regions,providing significant social and economic benefits.In conclusion,the proposed mechanized supporting and intelligent ventilation technologies provide valuable references for extra-long tunnel construction in cold regions.关键词
