从风和脾论治小儿2型炎症过敏性疾病
Brief discussion on the treatment of allergic diseases in children from wind and spleen of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Type 2 inflammation is a common pathological mechanism in allergic diseases.By analyzing the relationship between spleen and wind and type 2 inflammation-mediated allergic diseases,it is found that the related etiological pathogenesis of the allergic disease group mediated by pediatric type 2 inflammatory response is related to the function of"wind"and spleen in traditional Chinese medicine,and the pathogenesis of type 2 inflammation is compatible with the pathogenesis of"spleen deficiency and wind"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the view that"allergic diseases mediated by pediatric type 2 inflammatory response can be treated from wind from the spleen"was proposed.From the perspective of type 2 inflammation,it can provide scientific basis and clinical ideas for the treatment of pediatric allergic diseases with different diseases in TCM.关键词
