摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of Barrett's esophagus(BE)has been increasing annually.BE is characterized by the replacement of the normal squamous epithelium in the lining of the distal esophagus by columnar epithelium,developing from chronic gastroesophageal reflux.Severe cases may progress to Esophageal adenocarcinoma,and diagnostic criteria of BE vary across regions.This review aims to summarize the diagnosis and treatment protocols and guidelines for BE,the theoretical understanding and clinical evidence in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),mechanistic exploration,along with current challenges and development recommendations,thereby providing a comprehensive review in the treatment of BE's esophagus of TCM.关键词
