两个马铃薯品系幼苗根系发育差异比较及转录组分析
Comparison of Root Development Differences and Transcriptome Analysis of Two Potato Strains Seedlings
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the molecular regulation mechanism related to potato root development,this study performed transcriptome sequencing analysis of roots of two diploid potato strains with sig-nificant differences in root development at the seedling stage.A total of 8 724 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were obtained by differential expression analysis of genes.Through GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis of DEGs,it was found that they were mainly involved in biological processes such as carbon metabolism,plant hormone signal transduction and glutathione metabolism pathways.It is speculated that these pathways are closely related to root growth and development.Further com-bined with gene annotation,9 key genes were identified in the above pathways.关键词
