马铃薯青枯病抗性鉴定方法的比较及抗病种质筛选
Comparison of Potato Bacterial wilt Resistance Identification Methods and Screening of Resistant Germplasm

Abstract
Bacterial wilt is the second major disease in potato production caused by Ralstonia so-lanacearum.Screening of bacterial wilt-resistant germplasm is very important for potato disease re-sistance breeding.In this study,the applicability of soil perfusion method and hydroponic inoculation method in potato bacterial wilt resistance screening was systematically compared.It was found that hydroponic inoculation method was an ideal method for potato bacterial wilt resistance identification because of its rapid onset and high disease grade.The resistance to bacterial wilt of 64 potato germ-plasm materials in the laboratory was identified.The results showed that Kangqing 9-1,C287,C804,C172 and C606 were resistant germplasm.关键词
