健康与患病蜈蚣草根际土壤微生物群落组成特征及影响因素
Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Soil Microbial Community at the Rhizosphere of Healthy and Diseased Pteris vittata

Abstract
In this study,high-throughput sequencing was used to comparatively analyze the composition characteristics of the rhizosphere soil microbial communities of healthy and diseased Pteris vittata(PV).Moreover,the effects of soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities on the microbial communities were also explored.The results showed that,compared with the healthy group,microbial diversity in the rhizosphere soil of diseased PV was significantly decreased.Moreover,the relative a-bundances of potential pathogenic Fusarium,Humicola,and Cercophora increased 1.69,1.67,and 3.41 times in diseased group,respectively(P<0.05).Additionally,compared with the healthy group,the rhizosphere soil of diseased PV showed decreases in pH,catalase activity,and organic matter,and available potassium contents by 5.19%,56.25%,24.99%,and 26.00%,respectively(P<0.05).Therefore,the degradation of soil physicochemical properties,the reduction in microbial diversity,and the increased relative abundance of potential pathogenic fungi,e.g.,Fusarium,could be the main fac-tors leading to the occurrence of diseases in PV.关键词
