一例盆腔巨大神经鞘瘤的诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and Treatment of a Giant Pelvic Schwannoma
摘要
Abstract
Pelvic schwannoma is clinically rare and lacks specific clinical manifestations.Due to its growth in the pelvic cavity,it is easily confused with neurofibroma,teratoma,or lymphoma,resulting in a high misdiagnosis rate.By reviewing the clinical data of a patient with cell rich schwannoma,this study explores the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of schwannoma,in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of pelvic schwannoma.The results showed that the patient's abdominal CT scan indicated a solid cystic lesion in the left pelvic cavity,suggesting the possibility of ovarian origin tumor.Abdominal pelvic giant mass resection,total hysterectomy,and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy were performed.During the operation,it was found that the tumor had grown into the pelvic cavity from the foramen ovale,and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was a cell rich schwannoma.Diag-nosis relies on histopathology,and complete surgical resection is an effective treatment method with a good prognosis.关键词
