欧盟生态标签制度对中国纺织印染品出口的影响OA

Against the backdrop of the accelerated reconstruction of global green trade barriers,the EU Eco-label system,as a typical paradigm of technical trade measures,reshaps the rules of international trade competition through environmental performance standards throughout the entire life cycle,exerting systematic constraints on the export of China's textile printing and dyeing products.As the world's largest exporter of textiles,China's dependence on the EU market has consistently remained above 23％,but the pass rate of en-terprise certifications is less than 15％,highlighting the dual predicament of technological adaptation and institu-tional alignment.The iterative logic of the EU Eco-label standards,the multi-dimensional influence mecha-nism and the collaborative breakthrough path of technology and system were discussed,with the aim of con-structing a theoretical framework for responding to green trade barriers and providing decision support for Chi-na's textile industry to participate in the international value chain division of labor in a high-quality manner.
