The technological innovation of textile printing and dyeing processes directly affects the green transformation process and market competitiveness of the global textile industry.At present,the pressure of global environmental governance is intensifying,the iteration of consumers' functional demands is accelerat-ing,and the penetration of intelligent manufacturing technologies is deepening.These three factors are jointly driving the evolution of the printing and dyeing technology system from the traditional high-energy-consum-ing model to a clean,intelligent and functional direction.However,there is still a significant gap between the diversified exploration of technical routes and industrial application:the economic bottleneck of green process-es restricts large-scale promotion,intelligent upgrading faces the dual obstacles of data silos and the lack of standards,and functional innovation encounters the coordination problem of ecological security and perfor-mance stability.A systematic discussion on the historical evolution,contemporary key breakthroughs and fu-ture trends of printing and dyeing technology were conducted,with the aim of helping the textile industry achieve a value leap in sustainable development and digital transformation.
