双组分功能性纱线的开发及性能评价OA
Development and performance evaluation of two-component functional yarn
为了探究黏胶基再生胶原蛋白纤维与石墨烯涤纶纤维混纺比例对混纺纱线及其织物性能的影响,特设计了3种混纺比(35/65、50/50、65/35)进行纺纱实验,测试了成纱质量指标和混纺面料的性能.运用模糊数学中的灰色近优综合分析法,对纱线条干CV值,面料抗菌性能、手感等指标进行评估,得出最优混纺比为35/65.这一结果综合考虑了纱线及面料的综合性能,为实际应用提供了重要参考.
To investigate the effect of the blending ratio of regenerated collagen fibers and graphene poly-ester fibers on the properties of blended yarns and fabrics,three blending ratios(35/65,50/50,65/35)were de-signed for spinning experiments,and the yarn quality indicators and properties of blended fabrics were tested.By using the grey near optimal comprehensive analysis method in fuzzy mathematics,the optimal blending ra-tio was determined to be 35/65 based on the evaluation of yarn dry CV value,fabric antibacterial performance,and fabric texture indicators.This results comprehensively considered the comprehensive performance of yarn and fabric,providing important reference for practical applications.
