滑弹整理剂的制备、形貌分析与应用性能OA

Slip finishing agent is a kind of emulsion prepared by a variety of silicone oil intermediates and silane coupling agents.The effects of compounding technology and proportion on the application properties of fabrics were discussed.The results showed that the emulsion stability and application performance were the best when the pretreatment time was 60 min,the raw material ratio was 6∶4 and the mass fraction of KH-560 was 2％.SEM and AFM were used to observe the surface morphology of the finished fabric and mono-crystalline silicon.The results showed that there was a film on the surface of the finished fiber,which made the surface of the cotton fabric smooth and flat.At the same time,the surface of the treated monocrystalline silicon has a non-uniform structure,and the root-mean-square surface roughness was 1.465 nm.
