滑弹整理剂是一种由多种硅油中间体、硅烷偶联剂复配制备的乳液,探讨了复配工艺及比例对织物应用性能的影响.结果表明:当复配预处理时间为60 min、原料比为6∶4、KH-560质量分数为2%时,乳液稳定性及应用性能等最佳.利用SEM和AFM对整理织物及单晶硅表面进行形貌观察,结果发现整理后的纤维表面附有一层膜,使棉织物的表面光滑平整;同时处理后的单晶硅表面呈现非均一结构,均方根面粗糙度为1.465 nm.

Slip finishing agent is a kind of emulsion prepared by a variety of silicone oil intermediates and silane coupling agents.The effects of compounding technology and proportion on the application properties of fabrics were discussed.The results showed that the emulsion stability and application performance were the best when the pretreatment time was 60 min,the raw material ratio was 6∶4 and the mass fraction of KH-560 was 2%.SEM and AFM were used to observe the surface morphology of the finished fabric and mono-crystalline silicon.The results showed that there was a film on the surface of the finished fiber,which made the surface of the cotton fabric smooth and flat.At the same time,the surface of the treated monocrystalline silicon has a non-uniform structure,and the root-mean-square surface roughness was 1.465 nm.
