涤纶磨毛布仿蜡印整理的配套助剂开发及应用OA
Development and application of supporting additives for imitation wax printing and finishing of polyester woolen fabric
制备了环保硬挺剂TF-6350HB和环保增厚剂TF-6355G,并且通过环保硬挺剂、环保增厚剂和光亮剂组合整理,考察了对硬挺度、白度、光泽度和韧度的影响.结果表明,用环保硬挺剂40 g/L、环保增厚剂30 g/L、光亮剂6 g/L对涤纶磨毛布进行仿蜡印整理时,韧度和白度相对最高;对比传化方案和两个竞品方案,传化方案在涤纶磨毛布仿蜡印整理上有一定的优势.
Hardening agent TF-6350HB and thickening agent TF-6355G were prepared,combining hard-ening agent,thickening agent,and brightener,the effects on stiffness,whiteness,brightness were investigat-ed.It was found that when the amount of hardening agent was 40 g/L,the amount of thickening agent was 30 g/L,and the amount of brightener was 6 g/L,the toughness and whiteness of polyester woolen fabric were the highest.By comparing the Chuanhua scheme with two competing schemes,it is found that the Ch-uanhua scheme has certain advantages in wax finishing of polyester woolen fabric.
