医护一体化加速康复外科护理在脊柱外科手术患者中的应用价值
The application value of medical and nurse integration-enhanced recovery after surgery in patients undergoing spinal surgery

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application value of medical and nurse integration-enhanced recovery after surgery(MNI-ERAS)nursing in the perioperative period of spinal surgery.Methods Elective surgery patients in spine surgery department of Hefei Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Sciences from July 2020 to July 2023 were divided into CN group(usual nursing)and MNI-ERAS group.The postoperative clinical indexes of the two groups with the changes in preoperative and postoperative Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Oswestry Dability Index(ODI)were observed and evaluated.In addition,the occurrence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction one month after surgery were compared.Results A total of 78 cases were included,39 in each of the CN and MNI-ERAS groups.In the MNI-ERAS group,time to first anal discharge,first ambulation,hospitalization,the proportion of opioid analgesics and non-opioid analgesic use were less than those in the CN group(P＜0.05).There was no significant statistical difference between the CN and MNI-ERAS groups in HAMA score,VAS score and ODI scores before the intervention(P＞0.05).In addition,the MNI-ERAS scores and VAS and ODI scores 1 week after surgery and 1 month after discharge were better than those in the CN group(P＜0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower in the MNI-ERAS group than in the CN group(20.51％vs.43.59％,P=0.029),while the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the CN group(92.31％vs.74.36％,P=0.033).Conclusion MNI-ERAS nursing can promote patients'anxiety,postoperative pain,postoperative recovery process,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the satisfaction with patient care.关键词
