我国基因Ⅻ型新城疫病毒基因组特性
Genomic Characterization of Newcastle Disease Virus Genotype Ⅻ in China

Abstract
The genome sequences of 4 representative strains of Newcastle disease virus(NDV)genotype Ⅻ isolated in China from 2019 to 2022 were analyzed in the study.The results showed that all the sequences had a full length of 15 192 nt and their F protein cleavage sites were 112RRQKR/F117,conforming to the characteristics of virulent strain;the nucleotide sequence homology of the 4 strains ranged from 97.0%to 99.3%,and was the highest identical to representative genotype Ⅻ strain(90.1%-90.3%),then to other genotype strains(80.5%-89.2%);the strains presented multiple amino acid variations in the signal peptide region,fusion peptide region,heptapeptide repeat region and transmembrane region of F and HN proteins;and genetic evolution analysis based on F gene indicated that all the 4 strains belonged to genotype Ⅻ.2.The genomic characteristics of NDV genotype Ⅻ in China were analyzed in the study,laying a foundation for the development of effective prevention and control strategies.关键词
