2023年宁夏规模肉牛场牛结核病横断面调查
A Cross-sectional Investigation on Bovine Tuberculosis on Large-scale Beef Cattle Farms in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 2023

Abstract
In order to investigate the prevalence of bovine tuberculosis(bTB)and corresponding risk factors on large-scale beef cattle farms(with an inventory≥100 heads)in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 2023,and to propose specific recommendations on the prevention and control of the disease,a total of 2 820 bovine anticoagulant blood samples were collected from 141 large-scale farms using a two-phase sampling strategy from August to December 2023,and detected using ELISA,meanwhile,a questionnaire survey was carried out to the 141 farms,and possible risk factors were explored by single factor analysis and multi-factorial Logistic regression analysis.The results showed that the apparent farm/herd prevalence of bTB on the farms was 11.3%(95%CI:6.6%-17.8%),and the true prevalence was 10.3%(95%CI:5.2%-15.3%);bTB transmission was mainly caused by the risk factors including"the presence of wild dogs/cats on the farms"and"mixing with outsourced animals".In conclusion,bTB was still sporadic in some beef cattle farms in Ningxia,but was controllable in general.Farms were recommended to further improve their biosafety management through strictly implementing biosafety measures and effectively isolating wild dogs,cats and other animals,and to strengthen quarantine observation,monitoring and inspection,supervision and management for outsourced cattle,and encouraged for self-support,especially bTB decontamination on those in a position to do so.关键词
