宁夏一起牛炭疽疫情的紧急流行病学调查
Emergency Epidemiological Investigation on an Outbreak of Bovine Anthrax in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

Abstract
On August 5,2024,an outbreak suspected of infection with bovine anthrax was reported in a production area of Changxing Subdistrict,Dawukou Disitrct,Shizuishan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.In order to find out the cause,occurrence progress,potential source and transmission risk related to the outbreak,an emergency epidemiological investigation was conducted through on-site investigation,interview and laboratory testing.It was found that the outbreak was likely triggered by movement of bovine offal and vehicles contaminated by Bacillus anthraci during the purchasing and processing process of offal by the farmer.The outbreak was effectively controlled due to timely responses,including emergency vaccination,disinfection,bio-safety disposal and other comprehensive measures.Results of risk analysis revealed that relevant authorities were recommended to strengthen supervision and regulation for movement of animals and animal products,intensifying monitoring,regulation and education for key population involving in animal production,slaughtering,processing and transportation;while farmers were recommended to comply with laws and regulations,and to improve their awareness of occupational protection.关键词
