摘要
Abstract
It was usually difficult to apply a violated rule when handling cases involving the non-compliance of actual compound contents to the words described on relevant labels during production and selling of feed and feed additives.It was found that,through inquiring similar public administrative penalty information via network and comparing with files borrowed,viewpoints,legal provisions applied,targets punished as well as types and level of punishment were different depending on the parties concerned.To this end,three different cases with same types were compared based on studying of the Regulations on the Management of Feed and Feed Additives and relevant normative instruments,the sources,rules violated,applicable rules and how to determine the target to be punished,etc.,were analyzed,followed by relevant opinions and recommendations,with a view to providing a reference for the efforts related to veterinary and drug legislation,amendment to laws and regulations and practice of law enforcement.关键词
