Abstract
Review and evaluation of case files serves as not only an important benchmark for measuring the professional competence and operational capability of law enforcement personnel,but also a crucial means to improve the level of law enforcement.Recently,a review and evaluation of simulated case files was successfully performed in a region in Shandong Province,focusing on a simulated case involving undesignated pig slaughter.The whole process of the case from filing and investigation to final punishment was described,the formation and implementation of law enforcement ideas were analyzed,meanwhile,the difficulties and problems encountered in handling the case were pointed out,especially those for the definition of actors in noncompliance with laws,the reasonability of measures of seizing and detaining,the process of supplemental inspection for live pigs that should have been inspected and quarantined in accordance with laws,and the intersection and coordination of the application of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Epidemic Prevention and the Regulation on the Administration of Pig Slaughter,aiming to provide experience and enlightenment for the supervision and law enforcement targeting pig slaughter.关键词
