羚羊分枝杆菌感染研究进展与控制策略
Research Progress of Mycobacterium orygis Infection and Control Strategies

Abstract
Mycobacterium orygis(M.orygis),a member of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex(MTBC)identified in recent years,could infect humans and various animals,and is mainly prevalent in South Asia,with respiratory symptoms such as cough and dyspnea,and systemic symptoms like fever and emaciation;pathological changes are mainly characterized by presence of nodular granulomas and caseous necrotic lesions in tissues and organs,accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration.M.orygis infection is confirmed by molecular biotechnology,in addition to traditional diagnostic methods.M.orygis not only causes economic loss to livestock industry,but also poses a potential threat to public health.However,surveillance and researches on the disease has been limited all over the world.Here,the etiology,epidemiology,diagnosis,prevention and control of M.orygis infection were reviewed,followed by recommendations on improving animal disease monitoring system,strengthening development of diagnostic technologies and implementing comprehensive control strategies,with a view to providing a reference for subsequent formulation of prevention and control strategies and development of relevant products.关键词
