新疆某县羊布鲁氏菌病流行率横断面研究
Cross-sectional Study on the Prevalence of Ovine Brucellosis in a Country of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Abstract
In order to find out the prevalence and purification of ovine brucellosis in a county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,19 720 samples were collected from 1 160 farms in 6 townships of the county using the sampling strategy of estimated prevalence and proving absence of diseases to detect antibodies against Brucella.The results showed that,at the herd level,the apparent prevalence was 1.72%(95%CI:1.06%-2.65%)and the true prevalence was 0.35%(95%CI:0.10%-0.88%),and the former ranged from 0 to 3.93%,the latter was from 0 to 2.40%in different townships,indicating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);at the individual level,the apparent prevalence was 0.21%(95%CI:0.15%-0.28%),and the true prevalence was 2.26%(95%CI:2.08%-2.50%),and the former ranged from 0 to 0.59%in different townships,also with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);"outsourced sheep in the previous year"(OR=10.0;95%CI:2.1-48.2),"sharing service rams with other farms"(OR=17.3;95%CI:3.6-82.1)and"mixed-breeding"(OR=10.3;95%CI:1.7-60.7)were considered as major risk factors making the sheep suffer from brucellosis,while"deep burial for postpartum afterbirth"(OR=0.1;95%CI:0.1-0.4)was a protective factor.In conclusion,the efforts for ovine brucellosis prevention and control was effective in the county,although there was still some risk of spreading brucellosis.It was recommended to safeguard healthy development of livestock industry through strengthening supervision for transportation process,banning any behaviors of sharing service rams or mixed-breeding,improving the awareness and capability of smallholders to prevent and control brucellosis,and gradually implementing comprehensive prevention and control strategy of"monitoring+culling"across the county to steadily eradicate the disease.关键词
