云南省普洱市某羊场山羊传染性胸膜肺炎疫情流行病学调查
Epidemiological Investigation on an Outbreak of Contagious Caprine Pleuropneumonia in Puer City,Yunnan Province

Abstract
On May 25,2023,increasing body temperature(41℃),polypnea,cough,serous blenna narium,moaning and lamenting,falling down,stretching out limbs and other symptoms were found in the sheep on a farm in Pu'er City,Yunnan Province,where some sheep died,with an attack rate of 87.6%(198/226)and a fatality rate of 10.6%(21/198).In order to find out all causes to control the outbreak,an epidemiological investigation was conducted.It was confirmed that the outbreak was a contagious caprine pleuropneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection due to outsourced or infected sheep according to on-site investigation,observation of clinical symptoms,anatomical changes and laboratory test results.The outbreak was effectively controlled through symptomatic treatment,emergency immunization,disinfection and isolation.It was recommended to standardize the procedure of introduction of sheep,strictly implement the system of quarantine reporting upon arrival,and to improve the training of disease prevention and control for farmers to avoid any occurrence of entry outbreaks.关键词
