摘要
Abstract
As the important supporting regulations of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Disease Prevention,the Administrative Measures for the Review of Animal Epidemic Prevention Conditions and the Administrative Measures for Animal Quarantine(collectively referred to as"two Measures")were enacted in 2010,and revised in 2022,playing a significant role in strengthening the management of animal quarantine activities,fighting against zoonotic diseases,and standardizing the review of animal epidemic prevention conditions.In the paper,targeting at the publicity and implementation of the two Measures,their status and social effectiveness were analyzed.In view of current shortcomings such as poor concern,imperfect publicity mechanism and outdated publicity methods,it was recommended to conduct top-level design from the government level and improve safeguard mechanism at the department level,so as to promote the publicity and implementation of the two Measures.关键词
