摘要

Abstract

A series of prevention and control measures,including zoning management,had been rapidly implemented in Belgium since an outbreak of African swine fever(ASF)was found in wild boars in September 2018,and the outbreak was successfully controlled,where ASF free status was recovered in 2020.In the paper,the experiences accumulated by Belgium during ASF control were reviewed,such as specific zoning and control,an enhanced surveillance system,strict movement control,comprehensive bio-safety measures,reasonable trade restrictions and efficient coordination and cooperation mechanisms,providing a valuable reference for global ASF prevention and control.
