摘要

Abstract

African swine fever(ASF),caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),is a highly contagious and lethal disease.ASF attenuated vaccines have been commercialized in Vietnam,but their safety have been highly concerned and doubted.Here,compatibility between the efficacy and safety of the vaccines,correlation between inoculation dose and safety and efficacy,variability caused by deleting same genes from different genotypes or strains,etc.,and other challenges or obstacles encountered in previous development of attenuated vaccines were summarized,then data of vaccine development experiments were analyzed,followed by a comprehensive prevention and control concept combining vaccine immunization with biosecurity management and other measures,expecting to provide a reference for successful development of ASF attenuated vaccines and formulation of ASF control measures.
