Abstract
Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(Mhp),a pathogen of enzootic pneumonia(EP),is widely prevalent around the world,posing huge economic losses to global pig industry.To clarify the complex interaction between Mhp and immune system is conducive to better understanding its molecular mechanism of immune escape.However,it has been still in suspense.Long-term chronic infection and persistent lung colonization will be usually caused by the invasion of Mhp,indicating an effective immune escape mechanism.The capacity of Mhp to change its surface antigens is endowed by gene mutation and post-translational protein processing,and cell invasion may be achieved by Mhp with the help of adhesins to regulate host immune system through inducing inflammation,incomplete autophagy,apoptosis and inhibiting the activity of immune cells or immune effectors.In the paper,research results on the immune escape mechanism of Mhp were systematically summarized,the mechanism was elaborated in detail,and recommendations on treatment of Mhp infection and development of new vaccines were proposed,aiming to provide a reference for effective prevention and control of the disease and for development of new vaccines.关键词
