畜产品氯霉素残留检测技术研究进展
Review on Detection Techniques of Chloramphenicol Residues in Livestock Products

Abstract
Chloramphenicol,as a broad-spectrum and highly effective bacteriostatic antibiotic,had been widely used in livestock industry,but has been listed as a banned drug in many countries,due to its serious toxic side effects.However,chloramphenicol residues have often been available in livestock products,affecting the quality and safety of the products.Detecting chloramphenicol residues in livestock products acts as an important technical tool to avoid any transmission of the residues along food chain.The detection techniques mainly include three categories:chromatography and mass spectrometry(CS/MS),immunoassay and electrochemistry,each of which has its unique technical advantages and applicable scenarios.For CS/MS,triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(QqQ-MS)coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)or ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)is mainly used,but with low capability and high cost,as compared with quadrupole-time-of-flight-mass spectrometry(Q-TOF-MS)and quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry(Q/Orbitrap-MS).Immunoassay,characterized by high specificity and sensitivity,is appropriate for rapid on-site screening,but requiring pre-treated samples before detection.Electrochemistry is superior in terms of detection speed,sensitivity and operation,but mainly used to detect simple matrices,due to its poor resistance to matrix interference.With emerging novel materials,techniques or models,the techniques for detecting chloramphenicol residues are urgently required to be improved.In the paper,the research progress on major techniques were reviewed,their advantages and disadvantages in application were discussed,aiming to provide a reference for the development of new techniques for the control and detection of chloramphenicol residues in livestock products.关键词
