Abstract
In view of the characteristics of multiple types of offshore supply ships,various categories of dangerous goods carried by ships and high frequency of ship navigation,Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration has innovatively constructed the"1+3+4"offshore supply ship supervision mode.This paper systematically explains the theoretical framework and practical path of this mode,and attempts to improve the supervision level of offshore supply ships by consolidating basic supervision and implementing innovative measures,so as to facilitate improving the quality and efficiency of marine energy exploitation.关键词
